Things To Consider
What work you would like completed (Design, installation, plant ordering, etc).
The timing and budget for your project. Having an idea of your budget helps us maximize what we can do for you with your budget.
Your landscape goals and vision for your space (the function of the garden bed / yard).
If you are able, please provide us with your home’s plat (digital or print) - This helps makes our designs more accurate and will save you money.
For virtual consultations, to be able to give you a rough price estimate, we will need the following:
Location in yard with photos of the space.
Approximate size of the area.
Scope of work.
Environmental conditions (sun exposure, how wet or dry is the area).
Any other notes worth mentioning.
Our Process
Initial Consultation / Site visit - In person or virtual. We talk with you and take notes, photos, and measurements of your yard or garden (Usually is around 30 min).
Proposal - We will send you a proposal that outlines everything related to the project (You will receive the proposal within 7 days from the site visit).
Contract - Once everything in the proposal looks good and has been agreed to, we will share a contract for you to sign and will begin collaborating with you on the design.
Design - We will create a custom design for you that meets all of your preferences and needs. You can be as hands on (or off) as you desire. If any revisions are necessary, we are happy to make them for you.
Scheduling - After all aspects of the design are to your satisfaction, we will begin ordering all of the materials and scheduling out our crew. We will coordinate with you about a good start date.
Install Day! - We complete your project and hand you an informational guide about your new native landscape, including care tips and impact metrics.
Follow ups - We will check in with you periodically to make sure you are 100% satisfied. We are happy to listen to any questions or comments you may have.
